El Paletero is inspired by my Abuelito. My grandpa used to be the ice cream man in my home town, Dixon, California. He used to walk across town in the hot weather, he has always been a hard worker his whole life. This brand is about appreciating, respecting, protecting, and supporting your local street vendor.
